| Tim Evans delivers during the Division F Evaluation contest |
Tim, also a member of the Downtown Toastmasters club in Lubbock, won the District 44 Evaluation contest in Fall 2006 when Lubbock was a part of District 44. Tim is now going for his second District trophy.
